Victoria Gaulrapp

Owner/Professional Development Consultant & Trainer

About Me

I am Victoria Gaulrapp, a speaker, trainer and consultant at Drive Your Development. I started my business to help companies of all sizes and across all industries who are struggling with low employee engagement and high attrition rates. It's my job to stop the revolving door of corporate America - saving human resource leaders time and money. At Drive Your Development our motto is simple: People - Growth - Success.

I am passionate about people - period. Everyone should have opportunities to learn, to grow, and to develop themselves. My keen focus on leadership development and soft skills training allows me to create and deliver high-impact programs designed to increase engagement and promote ongoing personal and professional advancement.

I am considered a credible, trustworthy speaker and trainer by colleagues and clients, as I enjoy transferring a specific type of energy when working with others. As a speaker it is my goal to engage the audience; as a trainer and facilitator, it is my goal to motivate the organization at all levels enough to drive positive behavior change. Through on-target leadership and training program management (including product branding, instructional design and presentation techniques, training standards and program workflow) I am able to provide a comprehensive experience in employee development and career path implementation. This can include competency map development, new employee orientation, on-boarding and mentor programs.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Hugh Downs School of Human Communication at Arizona State University. I have worked in a variety of industries and non-profit organizations, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. As a trainer, speaker and facilitator, my experience includes the creation and implementation of leadership development coursework; seminars designed to better understand human behavioral styles and sessions to guide individuals on how best to present themselves and network in today’s ever-changing job market. I currently volunteer time with The Mission Continues, a non-profit organization whose purpose is to empower veterans who are adjusting to life at home while finding purpose and making a direct impact on their local communities. When not directly working on service projects with The Mission Continues, I bring veterans and civilians together on community-based service projects, "redeploying" these military men and women on a focused mission of transition back into civilian life. I also provide assistance by advising veterans on their resumes and career-search skills.
