Terri Waterman

About Me

Terri’s passion for helping companies evolve into healthy, vital organizations stems from three decades of management experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Her belief that sustainable organizational change comes from a holistic, systemic approach has led to the partnership of ATC Solutions Group – consultants with integrated expertise in strategic planning, organizational design, safety and risk management, change facilitation, coaching and leadership development.

Terri has helped federal, private and non-profit clients using a customized approach blending both strategic planning and tactical implementation. She never forgets that people implement strategy – she has extensive training and experience in human capitol integration and developing social and emotional intelligence, co-creating balanced solutions that work for each client.

Ms. Waterman is a certified Executive Coach, facilitator, trainer and instructional system designer with a reputation for delivering results and exceeding expectations. She is a member and/or on the Board of Directors of many professional associations including Professional Women Controllers, Inc. (PWC), International Coaching Federation (ICF), Federal Aviation Administration Managers Association (FAAMA), and American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). She has facilitated local, national and international meetings ranging from strategic planning to conflict resolution. Terri helped develop and is a Lead Facilitator for a nationally recognized leadership development course that has been presented to hundreds of Federal and Corporate executives.

Her company has most recently partnered with Coach Training Alliance to develop an ICF accredited Safety Coach certification. This unique certification merges a proven coaching model with in-depth training on developing and implementing Safety Management Systems protocols. Graduates will become valuable safety advocates for their organizations – helping their leadership team to anticipate and address organizational issues and solutions around safety policy and objectives, organizational controls, roles and responsibilities, safety risk management, safety assurance, safety promotion and change management initiatives

Terri has lived, worked and consulted across the U.S. She currently resides with her husband in Hot Springs, Arkansas and tries to spend as much time as possible gardening and landscaping.
