About Me

Tamarra Causley Robinson, CEO and Founder of Causley Robinson & Associates, LLC is a Certified Life, Career and Leadership Development Coach, Consultant, Motivational Speaker, Mentor and former Blog Talk Radio Host. She’s a game changer in the lives of professionals who are everything to everyone except themselves. Armed with knowing and understanding their value along with a heavy dose of self care, her clients boldly achieve all they’ve ever dreamed.

Her mission is to create a massive movement of professionals, especially women, who are inspired and empowered to re-discover their voice, to have the audacity to make a courageous choices, and to boldly take charge of their lives and careers without apology, guilt, or shame. Clients who work with Tamarra have a renewed sense of freedom, are happier and more balanced in their approach to life, and are unafraid of challenges along the way. They become more comfortable with the discomfort of change and begin life anew in a more purposeful way, one authentic, courageous, confident decision (and dare) at a time. Tamarra is an advocate for change and leadership development in all that she does. As an Independent Consultant with Arbonne International, a health and wellness organization that also focuses on transformations from the inside out through clean, safe & beneficial skincare, nutrition, and cosmetic products.

Tamarra has 25 years of corporate experience, 20 of which were with PwC (PricewatehouseCoopers, LLC) as a Leader in the Information Technology Support organization. She has extensive Human Resource exposure and experience as a Diversity Leader, Executive Leadership Coaching for emerging Global leaders, and Personal Development Leadership Coaching for Senior Associate staff.

Tamarra gained her coaching credentials through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) in 2009 and is a Certified Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index. Tamarra is currently a mentor coach for the iPEC organization as well. She has achieved her PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credentialing status through the International Coach Federation (ICF), demonstrating proficiency in coaching totaling 750 + coaching hours since being certified.

Tamarra is currently the President of Business Networking International (BNI) Mercer’s Tiger chapter in Princeton, NJ. Tamarra spends time as a volunteer coach for New Start Career Network based at the John J. Heldrich Workforce Development Center at Rutgers University, focusing on reemploying our more mature professionals within New Jersey. She also volunteers her time as a Leadership Development mentor and training facilitator for UrbanPromise Trenton.

Tamarra provides training and workshop opportunities on a variety of topics including effective communication, personal and professional empowerment, and living a purpose-driven life.

In her free time, Tamarra enjoys reading, going to the beach, connecting with friends and family, listening to music, and crocheting which helps to relax her during stressful times. She’s an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated; an internationally established organization where she serves as the Chaplain for the Zeta Delta Zeta chapter. She’s also an active member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Incorporated; a Business and Professional Women’s Sorority where she serves as the Philadelphia’s Mu chapter 2nd Vice President and as Eastern Regional Secretary. Through both organizations, she enjoys providing the gift of time, mentorship, service, and scholarship to under-served youth and their communities.
