About Me

So why chocolate? I have always loved good dark chocolate and after being told (by my oncologist after my breast cancer) not to have any more soy in my diet; I realized that there is soy in all good dark chocolate. I began making chocolate from the bean for myself and found that I love making chocolate. Since I am having trouble doing the medical massage I have been doing for 24 years (due to complications of surgery) and I need to do something else. The old saying is: " Do what you love....." I have started making chocolate professionally.
