My name is Rose Wattenbarger, B.S., M.A. My skills and areas of expertise include training and development, quality assurance, hiring employees, dispute management, leadership development and business development. My professional title is Instructor/Course Developer at Booz Allen Hamilton, which specializes in third party business processing. I received my master's degree in psychology from University of the Rockies and I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree in psychology with a focus in organizational leadership.

I am an Organizational Consultant/ Trainer and Military Veteran with active SSBI Secret Security Clearance and over 7 years of experience providing individual and group training and developing program improvements for the United States Army. Expertise in advising program and functional leaders on strategies and processes that drive and influence the organization’s objective. Managed the expansive secure collaboration site that was essential in reach back Psychological Operations missions from over 10 countries in Southeast Asia

I am involved with the Cumberland County Dispute and Resolution Center. I am drawn to and passionate about charitable organizations such as the Family Readiness program.
