Nancy Delgadillo

About Me

Nancy Delgadillo is a business leader, entrepreneur and philanthropist who strives for excellence, innovation and collaboration in all of her pursuits.

As a child, Nancy was a multi-tasker with a passion for leadership and selfless service that still endures. When she was just 8 years old growing up in Tijuana, Mexico, Nancy told her mother she wanted to become a war veteran. That goal became a reality in 2003 when the newly enlisted Army soldier was deployed to Iraq after the 911 attacks. After four years Nancy became honorably discharged in 2006 to pursue new endeavors.

Nancy is a commercial real estate broker with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, specializing in retail and hotel investment sales. Nancy has over 4 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with her most recent focus being in working with small business owners in advisory and site selection.

At the heart of Nancy's community spirit is her passion for homelessness: "I believe together we can overcome this struggle," she says. "We all deserve a second chance at life and success." Nancy attended the University of Maryland Europe in Germany.

As a conscience-laden business leader who enthusiastically embraces the worlds of education and philanthropy, Nancy is Executive Director at I Care Atlanta, Inc. delivering over 2 tons of food to the various shelters in Metro Atlanta and offering free GED Tutoring and Job Placement resources through her Mentor Program, the only program targeted to helping men, women and children transition out of homelessness.

An advocate for women in leadership, Nancy is also the past President of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) Atlanta Chapter, whose mission is to provide the most advanced forum for members to connect with like-minded professional women to develop innovative business and social relationships through monthly chapter meetings.

An avid reader and a food and wine aficionado, Nancy resides in Atlanta, GA.
