About Me

My name is Michelle M. Dill. My skills and areas of expertise include training, educating, coaching, phones and customer service. My professional title is Customer Experience Manager at Harbor Freight Tools, which specializes in customer service management. I received my A.S. in Applied Science from DeVry University. My hobbies and interests include volleyball and going to the racetrack with my fiance.

I have been in Customer Service for 16 years and in retail supervision for the past 4 years. I continue to sharpen my customer service and leadership skills through teaching, training and driving toward successfully reaching and maintaining company goals.

As I make my transition from a job in Retail Customer Service to a career in Health Information Technology, I bring exceptional customer service, strong analytical and problem solving skills, the ability to adapt to a changing environment, to learn and apply to new concepts and procedures, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of detail and quality of work.

I have an Associate of Applied Science in Health Information Technology and am certified by AHIMA as a Registered Health Information Technician.
