Linda Larabee

About Me

My name is Linda and I bring over 20 years of senior level professional experience in management, development, daily operations, and leasing of commercial real estate of all product types. I joined Principle Equity Properties, LP in June 2007 (dba TriStone Realty Management) as the Director of Asset Management and in 2012 was promoted to Vice President of Asset Management for my strengths in Policy and Procedure development, budgeting, forecasting and re-forecasting, building operations, lease negotiations, and solution-oriented problem solving. I understand the delicate balance that is required in order to make commercial real estate investments perform at their peak. My present portfolio of over 4M RSF consists of 16 assets in 10 different states and I presently oversee 38 personnel between manager's, brokers, and accountants.

The majority of my career has been with commercial developers in Seattle, WA. My last position in Seattle was with a local developer where I was Vice President-Commercial running a management office overseeing a 3.2 million square foot portfolio of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties and a staff of five, in addition to developing a two-story medical office building and handling the direct lease-up of the asset.

Prior to moving to Houston in June, I was active for 15 years in the Seattle Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women where she served on the Board of Directors for two, two-year terms. In April 2008 I joined CREW Houston and have served on the New Membership commmitee for two years as well as the Mentoring Committee for four plus years. I am a volunteer at the Houston LIvestock Show and Rodeo since 2010 and the World Class Championship BBQ since 2011. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in Washington State, as well as worked up the ranks of the board and finally served as Commander of the Tacoma Power Squadron, part of the National United States Sail and Power Squadron.
