EB * GB Enterprises, LLC is a multi-faceted company formed by Earlton and Gloria-Jean Brown in 1989. Since October 1996, Gloria-Jean has been an Authorized Partner of John Wiley & Sons, Inc. products (behavioral assessments) to a variety of clientele from Government agencies to Corporations to Non-Profit organizations. She provides Coaching Services through ‘Coaching by GJ’.

She is a graduate of Keystone Business College in Swarthmore, PA. She enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1970. She served in the Administration field for 3 years and as a Medical Technologist for 8 years, leaving with the rank of Staff Sergeant.

"GJ" is a Lifetime member of Sisters4Sisters Network, Inc., Founding Member of Women Empowered To Achieve The impossible (WETATi), served as Director of Administration and Communication. Member of Association of Black Entrepreneurs. She served as Executive Assistant to Reverend Belina Wimbish-Haile. She serves as Virtual Executive Assistant to Dina B. Nance of Training By Design. She is a member of dc Coaching Consultants, LLC. Time Management Expert for the SBCI – Smart Business Contracting Institute - formerly: Smart Business Empowerment Group (SBEG). She is Programs Director for GIEWE - Global Institute for Empowered Women Entrepreneurs, LLC. Gloria-Jean, also served, as a member of the Executive Board of Directors for Belina Ministries, Inc. Was on the Board of Directors for Community Ministry of Prince George’s County and served as Recording Secretary. Also, She served as Recording Secretary for the Board of Directors for Divine Images Network, Inc. Conducted training for the National Coalition of Women in Ministry. She has served as a Member of the Wilbur H. Anderson Scholarship Foundation, Inc. Selection Committee. Gloria-Jean was the Chief Operations Officer for GrassRoots Coalition For Social Empowerment, Inc., a faith-based, non-profit that promotes and provides an array of programs and services to meet the needs of women and the community, until the CEO became to ill to run the business. 2007 has brought an opportunity to do Guest Lecturing [Behavior Dimensions, Team Dimensions, Dimensions of Leadership and Time Mastery facilitation] and Co-Teaching [Economics 101, Sociology of Work II and Leadership in the Urban Setting] at Sojourner-Douglass College in Edgewater, MD. {on-going}. Conducted, “Enhancing Your Performance”, sessions for Arbor Education and Training in Largo, MD – (June 2009-July 2011). Gloria-Jean was the Internet Radio Co-Host/Engineer for IM4Radio Broadcasting Network's www.ROCKTHEFLOW.COM(WFLO.FM) 4Sisters Saturday Show, part of Sisters4Sisters Network, Inc., for 5 years.
