Dr. Morganna Freeman

About Me

Dr. Morganna Freeman is a medical oncologist specializing in melanoma and other cutaneous malignancies, with a specific focus on immunotherapeutics. She completed her Internal Medicine training and Chief Residency at the University of Florida, and Hematology/Oncology fellowship training at H Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, a nationally recognized NCI and NCCN member institution. During her training she conducted research with Dr. Jeffrey Weber, an internationally recognized melanoma and immunotherapeutic expert, and has since devoted her career to expanding the knowledge and use of immune checkpoint inhibition in cancer.

In August 2016, she will be joining The Angeles Clinic and Research Institute to expand the cutaneous oncology program with Dr. Omid Hamid, another recognized leader in melanoma immunotherapy. A member of Alpha Omega Alpha and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Dr. Freeman is an established leader in the healthcare field and is a passionate patient and public policy advocate.
