A Proven Leader in Transformational Organizational Development & Change Management.
Cynthia House has 28 years experience as a theorist and practitioner in the Organization Development (OD), Change Management (CM) and Leadership Development (LD) fields, consulting in non-profit, not-for-profit, private, public, and government sectors with technology, healthcare, financial, aerospace, educational, religious, hospitality, and manufacturing organizations. Her OD career began in 1989 when she opened Lazarus Consulting Group, a consultancy known for innovative, systems-based, strategically aligned methods and culture change, offering a wide range of services in OD, CM and LD. In 2004, Cynthia went in-house as a Senior OD & CM Specialist at NASA. For her work there, she received the Space Flight Awareness Award, the second highest award given by NASA. In addition to her in-house work at NASA, she was Manager of Organization Development and Engagement for Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta and Director of Organization and Clinical Development for St. Thomas Healthcare in Nashville. Cynthia has a Master of Arts from Murray State University in West Kentucky and several hours of doctorate level courses in Psychology from the University of Tennessee. She is a Jesse Stuart Fellow, listed in Who's Who of Women in Business, selected for membership in the AMA's first International Innovative Leadership Think-Tank and has pioneered many new methods for the practice of Organization Development, Change Management and Leadership. In addition, to support these new ways of doing things, Cynthia has developed over 100 educational units.
