About Me

Celine Piri, a mother of four. She graduated from Alabama A & M University, where she earned BS and Master's degrees in Computer Science, and her Doctoral degree from University of Phoenix in Management with concentration on Organizational Leadership.

Her professional career began at AT&T, working in Telecommunication Industry, and then holding a variety of roles including Software Engineer and Project Management that exposed her to different aspects of business. While at AT&T, was a founding member of Women of AT&T Cincinnati Chapter and was active member of the AT&T Diversity Council and served as the Vice President of Alliance of Telecommunication Engineers.

After a lengthy career at AT&T, and witnessing race-based riots in Cincinnati in 2003, was motivated to find an opportunity to help people in the inner city. With experience in recruiting at AT&T, she decided to use that expertise to start a management staffing company in Cincinnati. "If I can create several job opportunities for our community, by preparing individuals to find and keep jobs, and teaching them how to invest their money, we can have a healthy community."

She started TariCel Management Staffing Company to provide clients with the highest quality permanent and contract staffing solutions. Companies of all sizes have responded to TariCel's personalized approach, which accelerated the pace of growth in employees and revenues beyond expectations. Taricel included fifteen full-time employees and over 1, 800 temporary employees in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky and staffed accounts nationally for fortune 500 companies within permanent placement program. To help guide and advance Taricel's further growth (to establish locations in six new states by 2010), Celine personally directs an advisory board of twelve members.

Celine is the Administrator at Afinity Healthcare Solutions, where she provides Leadership in providing Home Care services for individuals in areas of Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical Social Work, Home Health Aides and care management programs.

She devoted much of her time to mentoring women, especially those from the inner city, by offering various training models to give women the skills they need to succeed in business and in life. Was one of the founding members of the Greater Cincinnati Women's Chamber of Commerce, Seven Hill Neighborhood Housing and served on the Board for many minority-focused and human resources organizations. She is currently a Board member for Cincinnati Autism Society.
