Over 20 years’ experience in the field of adult learning, including instructional design, development and delivery of both classroom-based and electronically delivered instruction. Managed all aspects of large corporate training organizations. Deep experience with emerging skills transformation, learning technology, leading teams, vendor partnership, in/outsourcing, corporate mergers, reorganization and change management.
