FactSet is currently seeking a Treasury Analyst to join its Finance department at the corporate headquarters in Norwalk, CT. This position will report to the Treasury Manager and be responsible for assisting in projects to create efficiencies and improvements within the Finance organization. This role requires a high level of enthusiasm along with the ability to effectively communicate a future vision for change.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist (and eventually take over) Daily Cash Positioning and Global Cash Balance reporting.
  • Assist in Online Banking System Administration and System User Trouble-Shooting
  • Assist with Approval and/or Release of all Global electronic payments.
  • Take part in the implementation of company-wide Finance systems: Workday ERP and GTreasury Treasury Management System
  • Work with internal Legal Department in addressing ongoing "KYC" (Know Your Customer) Documentation requests from all Global Banks.
  • Assist with the bi-weekly Settlement of Foreign Exchange hedges.
  • Assist with Daily cash settlement related to the company's Share Repurchase program.
  • Work with Treasury Manager to address any global Cash Management-related emergencies.
  • Support other finance activities as required to ensure Corporate Finance meeting its project commitments.

Required Skills:

  • BS in Finance or Accounting
  • Experience working in, or with, domestic and foreign banks a plus
  • Fluency in foreign language a plus
  • "Workday" ERP and "GTreasury" TMS experience a plus
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks, work under firm deadlines and take initiative.
  • Ability to work well in ateam environment
