Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for a Rhode Island-based individual to support the West Coast facility managers in the Repairs and Maintenance department by administering repair services for our stores in this geographic area. Examples of these repairs include plumbing, electrical and general carpentry. As a Facilities Analyst, you will be solely responsible for managing the assigned area and will take direction from the Repair Services Manager. You will manage the budget of the assigned area and forecast and own the financials.

We prefer this person works a 10AM - 7PM schedule to best support our West Coast colleagues and vendors. However, we can be flexible depending on availability.

The second, larger part of this role is to perform analytical reporting for the assigned trades/areas. You will be responsible for setting key performance indicators for third-party vendors, performing comprehensive business reviews and financial analysis. At times, this position will manage projects, pilots, and request for proposals alongside the Repair Services Manager. Experience managing vendors and direct reports to achieve company goals or intended results. The ability to develop projects, guide them to completion, while working with multiple stakeholders who may or may not have the same interests in a professional manner.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Project Management, Vendor Management, and/or Facilities/Property Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Access

Education
High School Diploma required
