Job Description
Do you thrive working cross functionally? The Member Commutations Advisor will collaborate across the PBM and Anthem Division to execute new innovative capabilities to create the optimal member experience! We need the Advisor to be the liaison for CMS updates or other programs that require communications.

To be successful in this role, we need a candidate who will:

- Ensure accuracy and adherence to Anthem branding across CVS Caremark for lines of business

- Coordinate the Med D annual readiness

- Create strategies to ensure quality output including development of customized solutions unique to each line of business

- Work process solutions that will drive efficiency, build a quality process and provide superior support

We are looking for someone who is skilled at working in an evolving and fast-paced environment! Possessing the ability to multi-task, work independently, and self-start is crucial. Shown capability to positively influence empower others will aid in success. It will be necessary to operate independently and proactively with exceptional interpersonal and oral/written communication skills. Demonstrating ability to set and meet established goals and priorities. Being investigative and proactive with the skill to probe for answers is very important. A key responsibility is to research and respond through analytical and creative thinking. Demonstrating flexibility and keen negotiating skills will assist in positive progress in this position.

Required Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in healthcare, PBM, or related field

Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of Medicare Part D
* Microsoft suite applications

Education
Bachelor's degree is required; equivalent work experience may substitute.
