Responsibilities
Provides multiple aspects of care to patients in an Occupational Health/Urgent Care clinic setting. These services include diagnostic testing and assisting physicians, staff and patients with all aspects of patient care.

Prior experience in occupational health office setting preferred. High School graduate. Graduate of LVN or certified Medical Assisting Program. Knowledge of basic anatomy, medical terminology, Strong organizational and time management skills. Computer knowledge. Ability to manage multi-line telephone systems. Professional in attire and attitude. Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with others in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to provide a customer service focus. Bilingual in Spanish or Cantonese preferred. Licensed Vocational Nurse, Certified Medical Assistant, or recipient of diploma from Medical Assisting Program. May have Breath Alcohol (BAT), NIOSH-approved Spirometry, Occupational Hearing Conservationist but not required.

Certified Nursing Assistant acceptable if met minimum requirement of hours of training for venipuncture and administering injections/performing skin tests.
