What you will do: This role will function as the lease administration lead within ARC’s newly formed centralized lease processing and administration team. This position will report to the Technical Accounting Manager, who oversees all lease accounting.

The primary responsibilities will includelease administration and the related lease processing in the lease management system. Additionally, this role will be responsible for overseeing additional lease administrators hired as this group is rolled out globally over the next 6-12 months.

The Senior Lease Administrator responsibilities will specifically include:

Lease Administration:

  • Communicate and resolve issues with the leasing team.
  • Organize key lease documents and prepare lease applications for submission to the Lessor(s).
  • Maintain, update and keep current the lease status and leased assets in the lease management system (Lease Accelerator) including all supporting documentation.
  • Provide monthly end of term (EOT) Pipeline Reports to Operations.
  • Coordinate EOT buyouts and returns with the Lessors and Operations.
  • Maintain and update SOP documentation.

Leasing Processing and Accounting:


  • Review and assess account reconciliation prepared by the Regional Accounting Team
  • Analyze lease balances and variance
  • Prepare RoolForwardschedule
  • Prepare and process lease upload templates in Lease Accelerator.
  • Validate lease templates against key lease data points to ensure the Company complies with its internal control procedures.
  • Maintain Open Items List for Leasing Team to ensure all requests are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update SOP documentation for lease processing in Lease Accelerator.
  • Maintain, prepare and provide Audit schedules and supporting documentation as required.
  • Provide support for day-to-day lease issues including researching, responding and escalatingto the Technical Accounting Manager in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' experience as a lease administrator with experience in abstraction, lease audits, and critical date reporting.
  • Familiar with lease management software is a plus
  • Experience working in a decentralized organization is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree, 2 additional years' experience in lieu of degree level.
