Job Description
Our Enterprise Analytics team supports key initiatives across the enterprise that drive value through the delivery of advanced analytics that support business optimization and innovation. In order to meet the needs of the organization, a constant focus is placed on identifying, attracting, recruiting, hiring and onboarding qualified candidates quickly to the organization. In order to keep up with the growing demands of the organization and attract top talent, we must implement effective strategies that develop our recruiting pipeline, standardize our recruit-to-hire process, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

As Director of Recruiting Strategy and Workforce Planning, you will oversee the development and implementation of these strategies to support hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition partners achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include:
* Collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Enterprise Analytics, HR and Finance stakeholders to execute the vision for a highly effective, best in class recruiting approach from sourcing to accepted offer
* Oversight of university recruiting, internship and capstone project programs, including coordination with senior leaders to identify target schools, production of university presentation/marketing collateral, and seamless integration of student applicants into the recruit to hire process
* Development of communication strategy for CRM for sharing departmental information with prospect candidates
* Oversight of team of LinkedIn ambassadors that support sourcing of prospect candidates and coordination with Talent Acquisition leadership to ensure seamless integration of prospects into the recruit to hire process
* Facilitation of weekly meetings with senior leaders to review open roles and status of active candidates to ensure candidates are appropriately placed and moving through the recruit to hire process according to established SLAs
* Coordination of vendor, compliance team, and senior hiring leaders in implementation of new candidate assessment tool supporting the technical screening portion of interviews for premier roles
* Collection and maintenance of quarterly hiring forecast across senior leadership team to track demand for key roles and ensure appropriate pipelining of candidates
* Manages relationships with staffing partners (recruiters, contingent staffing firms) to cultivate talent sourcing strategies for full time and contract roles
* Delivery of key metrics to guide recruiting decisions and drive performance effectiveness

Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of progressive recruitment experience
* 5+ years of team leadership and management experience
* 5+ years of project management skills with the ability to lead and engage in multiple projects and initiatives and appropriately prioritize her/his own time as well as that of the direct reports

Preferred Qualifications
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to meet aggressive timelines and work with field organization
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Experience recruiting hard-to-fill roles, such as analytics

Education
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience; Master's Degree in quantitative areas or MBA a plus.
