The CDF Project Manager will: provide routine administrative and clinical supervision of the CDF Shift Supervisors, Substance Use Disorder Supervisor and other staff as assigned; assure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and relevant contract and procedure requirements associated with the operations within the CDF and across Crisis Solution Center (CSC); teach and promote core DESC values; and participate in and provide training essential to ensure the safety of the CSC. This position includes administrative duties associated with planning, hiring, and quality assurance/improvement.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Under the supervision of the CSC Program Manager, oversee day-to-day CDF program operations.Ensure integration with MCT and CDIS teams through working in close collaboration with the other CSC Project Manager, Supervisors, and direct line staff.Provide direct clinical and administrative supervision to CDF Shift Supervisors, SUD Supervisor and other assigned staff.
