What we need is BEHAVIORAL change, HABIT change, a community, and support! I am proof!! 👇👇 . I have dieted since high school and have reached my goal multiple times but I’d go right back to my old habits, gaining it all back and then some more. Feeling defeated and ready to quit. Then, I said yes one more time. Not only have I lost the 30 lbs but I have maintained it for a year now! I finally figured out that my habits needed to change!!! 👊🏻 . I often hear, “I can’t eat that!” Or “I can’t give that up!” Honestly, is it easy in the beginning, no. If it was, everyone would do it! But when you start seeing results and feel the energy, your mindset shifts and “I can’t have that” turns into “I don’t want it!!!” I am addicted to this feeling!! 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻 I feel so healthy!!! . Came across this picture from 2015! Still amazes me at how far I’ve come and that I am finally able to maintain a healthy lifestyle!! I only recently added in a consistent #exercise routine. I really have done this through my #structured program!
